How to add a new Colopicker?

Hello all,

I just came across this colorpicker http://www.jqueryrain.com/demo/jquery-color-picker/
and was wondering how I could install and use this in a template. Is it possible?

Anyone?

Do we have to do something special like create a plugin? I just want to add it to a template and not the whole of Joomla.

Or I just add a script tag in index.php to load the files and change the type in xml? Because I did that and it doesn't seem to work.
