admin menu icons missing after uninstalling pagebuilder

Joomla 3.x admin menu icons missing after uninstalling the Pagebuilder program from Joomlashine . Tried changing the admin default background template, but it didn't help.

Now showing at the top of admin pages the text links show the above items going across instead of the menu icons.
Anyone know how I can fix this?

Check whether the following files are available in the directory \administrator\language\en-GB.

en-GB.mod_menu.ini
en-GB.mod_menu.sys.ini

If they are present, then suggest copying those files from the Stable Full Version of Joomla! that is being used for your site.

Note:
It is assumed that the Default Administrator language is set to en-GB. If not, use the appropriate language code in the place of en-GB.

If the files are missing please report back so that JoomlaShine can be informed. It is against the terms of the JED for an extension to edit/remove core files

Yes both files are there, and the language is set to English. I'm not that far along in developing the site, I'm considering starting from scratch. I'm thinking that if that file is corrupt, then there may be other files that are corrupt that I don't know about. Unless there is something that you want me to try first.
