Dear Member,
I want to create a Home/Frond page consisting of a light background color and letters (App. 80px.)

I like to have a change of color both in space and time (slight flickering).

I am using GIMP.

How can I create so?

No budget.

I want to create a homepage with big letters of app. 80 pixels height, For instance "Joomla!". These letter should be flickering. The flickering should be noticed in space : "J..o..o..m..a..!" and in time "J..J..J". It should express a lively situation.
