Hi toivo.
Ok, just look the demo page of JA University here: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_university
and now look my page: http://showroomcm.net/test_crea/
you see the difference? The slideshow slider is not working, either the "STUDENTS HIGHLIGHTS", and i dont know why.

Hello.
Please have a look if the modules are enabled and if they are on possible positions.
You can do this with Extension|Modules
For example the JA Slideshowlite module.

Re: JA_UNIVERSITY installation issue
astridx, modules are enabled, i just download the quickstart installation and install it.
If you inspect the html code with 'firebug' for example, you will see that "<div id=ja-slideshow ...." and "<div id=ja-contentslider ...." are there, and their images.
I've the same problem on localhost: when i'm connected to internet, those 2 modules show properly, but when i'm not connected, 'slideshow' and 'contentslider' still not visibles

Reason: mod note: removed credentials - it is better to be safe even if it is a test site

Re: JA_UNIVERSITY installation issue
If you look at the Network console in Web Developer or Console - Net/JS tabs in Firebug, you can see that there are a number of javascript errors "ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined" and 11 errors in total. Those errors are likely to cause the problems you described.

Re: JA_UNIVERSITY installation issue
The error "jQuery is not defined" means that jQuery has not been loaded. Maybe you have not enabled a plugin that came with your template and is expected to load jQuery.
Look at the HTML source code of your page and identity the lines in the <head> section starting with the tag "script". You should see several lines, loading files like jquery.min.js and jquery-noconflict.js.

Re: JA_UNIVERSITY installation issue
toivo, you are a true "Joomla! Champion": i fixed it!
1-by looking to the source code of the page, i saw that all JS doesn't work because of CRAWLPROTECT HTACCESS file, i just disabled the htaccess and now the JS is properly GET
2-For Slideshow, i just click "Show" on each images i wanted to be displayed, and it works now.
Thank's to you all Toivo and Astridx

Re: JA_UNIVERSITY installation issue
..but my security is down without CRAWLPROTECT, it take this line as SHELL ATTACK:
"/test_crea/index.php?jat3action=gzip&jat3type=js&jat3file=t3-assets%2Fjs_a9641.js"
"/test_crea/index.php?jat3action=gzip&jat3type=js&jat3file=t3-assets%2Fjs_a9641.js"

Re: JA_UNIVERSITY installation issue
Cheers. Now the site looks different.
I do not know CRAWLPROTECT but you still need the standard .htaccess file that came with the Joomla installation to get rid of 'index.php' in the middle of the URL.

Yes the standart htaccess of joomla is there, CRAWLPROTECT just add his lines inside.
It's this rule which blocked the JS:
