template service with good support

Post by ossesso » Mon Jul 25, 2016 11:31 am

Hi everybody,
I'm using increasingly more tools from paid sites: paid templates, modules and components should offer better performance and the buyer should be able to get good support.

The problem is that good support seems to be difficult to get, the last time that I have asked a simple question about the feasibility of a certain transition in a module, after four days I got this reply "no it can't be done".

Does anybody have a reference templating agency, that offers good support?

Thanks, have a nice day

I have used Youjoomla templates for a few years, and always received good support, both on their forum and in private messages. Their YJSG framework adds a lot of value to the process of Joomla UI creation too.

thanks a lot, I will give it a try.
The only thing that seems to lack, at a first glance, is a page builder component...

Thanks Alex,
joomshaper is the one I wouldn't reccomend for the support!
Their helix3 framework is very nice and so is their sp-page builder.

Were you satisfied with their support?

What do you guys think about yootheme?

The first thing I check at an extension/template is the support reviews. The most of them are great with 24h response time. I do not think the 4h response "no it can't be done" that is something bad :-)

I would agree if it was a 4h response, too bad it was a 4d response!

Four days is way too long for a paid support reply as "it can't be done".
If I got a reply in Four hours, I would probably have asked for some hint about a way to solve my problem.
But after four days i have lost faith in a helpful reply

Yes, I apologize, I thought it was 4h. So You received that response after the purchase?

I've always found Joomlashine to be very good for support and quality of templates and extensions.

Yes, I also have previously posted a support ticket for another issue... time passed and i've managed to solve it on my own, so I have posted my solution marking the ticket as solved.
After a few hours I got a reply that was like "i'm glad that you have solved your issue, thanks for your question".
