problem with scroll (sticky) menu

I've installed two separate Joomla!
I installed a template in both,
In a content management sticky menu is working properly
But the other is not !!!!!!!
When the come to the bottom of template ,scroll menu does not work properly.
I did not install any extension

It should be something with the another template your using. Give it a shot and try installing another one.
