Lightweight Mobile template

Hello,

am looking for a lightweight (fluid), minimal, modern, mobile oriented & grid layout joomla template.

Would prefer without any page-builder. The website will be primarily aimed at mobile users.

Upgrade to J4 to get the Modern templates that uses CSS Grid.

I can't, K2 isn't supported by J4.

Is it time to think to the future? J3 and your php will be obsolete very soon.K2 doesn't bring much to the table now we have J4.
