How to change Roksprocket Strips module default theme text colour

Hello,

I cannot find where to change the colour of the (white) text in this module. I'm sure it will be somewhere in a CSS or PHP file somewhere but it's proving elusive to me.

Can anyone help please?

This is done using the Roksprocket 'Strips' module, default theme.
