Changes made to template.css take 10 minutes to show on site

Hi there,

I have spent hours trying to find a solution to cause my website to load the most recent update to my template.css file. At the moment, any change that i make to the css file takes 10 or so minute to actually show, even after i have refreshed the website multiple times. Is there a way to force the css file to load fresh every time i refresh the page. I need it to reflect the changes instantly as i am still developing it, and having to wait minutes to see one change is frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Some hosting companies use server cache to increase the speed of your website.
And you might override that temporary for checking your css by adding some code to .htaccess
Check your hosting documentation or ask your hosting company....

No, every hosting company has it's own server setup & method to override server caching (if they have any).
You'd better ask your hosting company...

My host said that they've applied a server cache to all of their servers and cannot disable it for individual users. Frustrating. Any other suggestions? Do I just change hosting provider?
