Hello there:

You can use Wright Framework by Joomlashack, Helix III Framework by Joomshaper and T3 Framework by Joomlart.

I recommend Helix 3 due the ease of adding or removing your own module positions with just a click and drag.

Just bulding site with zo2 framework. Must say im very disapointed. Bugs all over the place and their support is equal to zero. They have good docs, but that is all.

Thanks for that. Playing with that Helix and for now looks real good. No bugs for now
Speed is ok and site size under 400kb. For framework template that is superb result.

You have the ability to show/hide any module position in Mobile/Tablet/Desktop which makes it one of the best to have.

Well you can do this by simply add custom class in module (hidden-phone...) depends on bootstrap version used in almost every template

well, you don't have to get yourself in the code pool here. Simply go to the Template Layout Configuration from your Joomla Admin.

This makes it really easy for non-programmers.

The Gantry Framework from RocketTheme is free and a default template is available too:

Update on that.
It is one of the best out there, but dont recomend it for multilang sites. You must then operate with multi template site.
