simple CMS template

I need a simple CMS template with just a header, footer, side menu and 3 columns for photos and brief description hotlinked to further pages.
Site to be expanded and developed later.
Can you help with this

You should be able to use one of the templates that comes pre-installed with Joomla and just take some of the other modules and such out. I'm thinking that Protostar with Joomla 3.x would work and likely others that I haven't used. You can then add modules back in for photos and pics.
