Can't seem to install my templates

Every time i try to "upload and install" my template it shows me the template is uploading, but after it has finished the joomla administrator site logs me right back out of the joomla control panel.

I even scanned the template folder to see if there was any broken files that would hinder the uploading process.

is there any fix to this?

Is it a template that you developed yourself? Does the error log have any messages about the issue?

I'm not sure. I did research on how and why most templates refuse to upload, and found out you need to unzip any rar file inside of the template folder.

now i've done this there seems to be nothing wrong the template, but still whenever joomla finished uploading it kicks me back to the login menu

Does the PHP error log have any errors, notices or warnings when the issue occurs?
