Tags in Category View, not shown

Greetings.

I'm trying to make appear tags on the category view. My articles has tags but the category has tags as well.
I have made a template override for the category blog in order to place the tags in a position that i set on the template (i left the default one for control).

The template override is the following for a category_blog

The problem im having is that despite the articles has their tags i need the category tags and they are not shown

EDIT: To clarify i need the tags in a list and not marking each article.
