Problem in Helix3 template management panel

Post by mojtabapordel » Sun Feb 12, 2023 2:08 pm

Hello friends
I use the Helix3 framework on my site. I have encountered a problem for a few days. The whole template management section is messed up and I can't edit the template. Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

Joomla version: 3.10.11
PHP version: 8.1

Which version of Helix 3 are you using?

Just ran a quick test, installed the latest Helix 3, released in December 2022, and it worked all right in Joomla 3.10.11 with PHP 8.1.10.

Hi
Thank you.
I updated everything to the latest version, everything is OK on localhost, but on the server, the template doesn't display correctly.

Activate the Web Developer tool (F12) in the browser, go to the Network tab, refresh the page and check if any CSS files failed to download from the server. If there are errors, contact your host and find out if they have configured open_basedir restriction in PHP.

On the other hand, while in the Web Developer pane, go to the Console tab and check if there are javascript errors, displayed in red.

Thank you so much.
The problem solved.
That was exactly the problem.
I contacted the host provider and they fixed the access level of the files and the problem was solved.
Thank you again.

I think that a framework that causes more than 450 duplicate database requests has no right to exist. The standard Joomla template generates only 24 requests when loading a page. The site takes a long time to load with so many requests.
