Site viagara adds

I recently noticed some viagara ads on my virtuemart shopping cart selling viagara.

I have downloaded my site via ftp and scanned but not finding the infection.

anyhow know how I can remove this?

The problem with linking to the FAQ is that many of us have done everything listed in the FAQ multiple times and yet our sites remain compromised. There must be a better solution than saying "here's the FAQ" and walking away.

I was actually waiting for step 1 to be done. Post the FPA please . the FAQ is security check list 7.
