You do not need a backup just your database. See http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=714&t=757645

You mean i had to install sql database in my local host from server and just associate the new site with it including all extension and my site will be restored?

Tell me if i install site on local host and run a virus scan like AVAST, will this remove virus?

...
  1. Install Joomla to a folder in localhost
  2. Install the latest version of 3rd party extensions to the new Joomla
  3. Export the original database and import it into localhost
  4. Connect the configuration.php of the new install to the original database
1. Gives you fresh clean Joomla files
2. Gives you fresh clean 3rd party extensions files
3. Makes the original database available on localhost
4. Connects the fresh clean files to the original database.

No need to transfer the site to localhost and risking infecting your computer. Just delete all the files on the server and rebuild the site with fresh clean files. http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=714&t=757645
