Admin site links are broken, Server error 500

Hi,

Following a Malware removal, some of my Joomla websites admin pages started to break, for example when I try to open global configration, links under the extension manager or the User management I get server 500 error and I can't access these menues, my website is up-to-date with the Joomla version and extensions, how can I fix that?

I have followed the security post already and also hired a developer who stated that the malware is gone and these are server issues, but after that I found 2 infected files and I'm wondering if the Malware is still hiding these somewhere or this is a server issue as the developer states?

Hi Leo, Thank you for reply, in this specific website there is no malware, My hosting company confirmed it and I scanned the files myself, my question is why when I try to access some links under the admin menus it gives me server error 500 and how can I fix that?
