Loose acces rights evry 5 min

Hello Guys,
I don`t know what`s happend by evry 5 min i loose acces to backend admin.
I go to database - to user jos_user_usergroup_map - and allow to admin user - 8 acces group.

But i think is not correct - i think i have cheked all aleady.
Seen like is logical issue.

Guys - please help - to loose evry 5 min is quite difficult.

Is this is a new installation? Do you see any error messages?

If you go to Global Configuration - System, what are the selections under Session Settings?

No there is not any error mesage - here are some situation:
1) i loose acces rights - i need in this case to reset admin - allocating them to group number 8
2) i loose pasword - i go and reset them - to secret - next i change it
3) i loose acces rights - but i`m still able to login - but i can not set up nothing - i don`t have acces so see any section - wich is allowed to admin (as virtuemart or global configuration - and all wich are allowed to admin, alsoo i can not upload nothing) --- in this case i see flow error - ,,you are not autorisated to acces this section" ----- here alsoo i go to group and allow them to group nr. 8

The problem as this is happend evry 5 min.
And this disturb working process.

It is not new instalation.

please stop repeating your issues in every post.
1. check your session settings as requesteed.
2. did this happen suddenly? after you istalled an extension?
3. run and post the FPA results https://github.com/ForumPostAssistant/FPA/zipball/en-GB
4. i hope you are not using jos_ as your default prefix
5. have your used the admin password reset as detailed in https://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_reco ... ssword%3Fv

I have not repeated - i just have detailed the situations wich i have - because they are some of they.
1. i have cheked session setting (but what there can be wrong)
2. this was happend sudently
3. i have not get this point - what i have to do
3. default i use jos_ prefix
4. i have used change admin pasword - this don`t help
