Tool for scanning downloaded joomla files for malware

Is there a tool that will let me scan joomla files for malware/viruses locally on my computer? Alternatively is there a company that is able to scan the files (at a reasonable cost).

You can try with Joomla! Anti-Malware Scan Script or some service like myjoomla.com

Or use Admintools by Akeeba to scan for changes in your files. MyJoomla uses scripts developed by Akeeba's Nicholas and is a very good and reliable suite of tools as presented by Phil Taylor.....
