Problem with meta description on Google

On Google, a meta description appears in Japanese, although only English and Serbian languages are installed on the site? Can someone help me how to solve this? And how did this even come to be.
The website is https://www.zasav.org.rs/.

I don't see the above listing as you indicated.

This is more a question for Google as I don't think it's caused by Joomla at all.

You're probably right. Now I tried Bing and it shows normal there, while Google translates the results. Thanks.

Confirmed I get that as well. Strange thing is
zasav.org.rs also gets results for zasavica.org.rs

btw your url returns www.zasav.org.rs/sr/. As my browser is English surely it should default to English for me?

This problem has been discussed numerous times on the forum and shouldn't be dismissed as "more a question for Google". The website has been hacked with the infamous Japanese keyword hack.

The https://www.getastra.com/blog/911/japan ... word-hack/ link is informative but it fails in it's approach to cleaning the site. All folders/files need to be deleted not just the core files.

Why don't u add this in your head:

<meta name="charset" content="UTF-8">
<meta name="Country" content="Srbija, Serbia, RS, SR">
<meta name="Language" content="Serbian, sr_RS">
<meta content='RS' name='geo.country'/>

or something similar.
