Hot Image Slider Displays on Unwanted Pages!

Need some help folks. I have the Hot Image Slider (free) on my website. I have it set to ONLY display on my Home Page; though, it is displaying on article pages as well. My company represents many products and I need them all to be displayed. I have a main menu with a link to the products overview. From there it is broken down into categories of brands. When I click on the brand to be brought to their page (article) the Hot Image Slider module re-appears. I want the Hot Image Slider module to display ONLY on the Home Page.

Just make sure the articles are not presented in the context of the Home page.

I don't quite follow the structure you are explaining but try the following:
Set the module to 'appear on all pages except those selected' and then below that select all pages / menu items except the home page.
I have sometimes got around unexpected module assignments doing this on unusual site setups, it might work for you.

Sorry for any confusion. Basically I have a main menu which is pointed to various articles (web pages). When I visit any of those links directly from the main menu the module does not display on them and only on the Home Page as desired. Though, when I click on a link from one of those pages to another article the module appears on those pages. I want the module to appear ONLY on the Home Page. It would seem to be that the second level links are being routed through the Home Page somehow in the URL.

I tried you suggestion, didn't work.

Any other ideas or suggestions? Thank you every one who has replied thus far!

Joomla is menu d r i v e n. Create menu items for those articles or their category.
