Post by RichaSaidha » Tue Jul 29, 2014 12:46 pm

Hi all!!!
Actually i am new in joomla and I am using Joomla 3.3. I want to make a portfolio page in my website just like this:- http://webeyemaster.com/portfolio.html. I am trying to use SP Portfolio extension. But don't know the exact procedure and steps. Any help regarding this extension documentation or any other simple method. Kindly help as I am stuck from last 1 week and search many articles but can't get the right layout.

Glancing over the documentation...
http://www.joomshaper.com/documentation ... -portfolio

It seems like you need to:
- Create a Joomla content category for articles
- tell SP Portfolio to use that category
- Create Articles for the portfolio content
- Set settings for SP Portfolio
- Put SP Portfolio in your site menu

This guide is a little bit unclear, it seems to expect you to learn wholly from piecing together things in screenshots, but after reading the above and comparing their screenshots against each other in detail, you should be able to figure it out.

At last I SOLVED this myself. I got a very easy joomla extension with documentation and the best it is free. I am adding the link for those who also want this extension. "http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... olio/25146".
Thanks to "extstore" If i could rate this , i would like to give 20 out of 10.
I added this in my website here http://webeyemaster.org/index.php/en/?Itemid=1093

Good job! Yeah, sometimes writing a manual is a dev house's weakest area.
