Leaderboard Component/Module

Hello,

For my website I'm looking for a simple Component/Module that allows me to make a leaderboard for the teams and their scores on my website, and to have a Module with the top 10 positions being displayed.

Right now I can't quite find an extension that does it, or they are way too complex for this basic function. I don't mind commercial extensions although I of course prefer free ones.
