Change where plugin output is rendered

I have installed Disqus on my site with the plugin by JoomlaWorks. The comments block is now displayed before Joomla's Previous and Next pagination buttons, however, I would like it to be rendered after that. How can I do that? I have been searching for it, but I don't know whether it should be among the plugin's files or the template's override files for com_content > article. I'm using GavickPro's Magazine template.

It cannot be done. The Commenting plugin is a content plugin that shows within the article, while the Pagination shows after the article. Had this been a Blog layout, all comments for several articles would have been at the bottom of the page.

Okay, thank you for your help. Then I guess I will have to load Disqus with the universal code instead of the plugin, and that way I can insert it anywhere I'd like.
