Need extension for interactive User request with payment

I am looking for some extension, which can implement the following scenario (hypothetical)

I want to sell customised furniture based on user request.

USer clicks on the link chairs and says I want a chair with five legs
I discuss with user the details on where the 5th leg must appear
User provides me with a sketch
I give a quote
User provides payment
I deliver the product (online chair / real chair)
Ticket is closed on delivery.

Is there any existing extension which can support similar workflow.
- E Commerce with customisation
- Ticketing system with payment
- Any other combination serves the above scenario
