SobiPro does not want to save records

Post by trucktime » Thu May 05, 2016 5:44 pm

I developed a site on my local webserver, using Joomla 3.5.1 and SobiPro 1.2.3.
Everything worked fine and I transferred it to a live server.

Now I cannot get SobiPro to cooperate, When I try to add a record or edit
an existing one I hit Save and all that happens is that I get a spinning circle
in my browser and nothing is saved.

I tried different browsers, changed settings, disabled other extensions and no result.

The SobiPro developer does not give any help, in fact I have not been able to find
help anywhere.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

If you turn on error reporting and debugging in your Global Configuration, and try saving again, you may get some errors that help diagnose the issue.

You could also attempt reinstalling Sobi-Pro on your live server.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Turned on Debug and this is what I get.
I have no clue how to deal with it.

My solution is thorough: I got rid of SobiPro.

I now use a different extension that does what I need and it is also faster.
The developer is kind enough to help, even with the free version.
