How to make pages for members?

I want to make some pages for my site members with specific fields like text, button, link, image and ....

They should be able to change and edit the content of their own pages but unable to change the placement, size and other properties. This will look like a catalog site where every member has a page and has access to his/her own kind of back-end to change the contents.

The other point is that I am using a responsive template and I need to make all these compatible with that.

Is there any extension or component which I can use or I should code something by myself?

1) Use a Social Community Extension that have User Profiles.

2) Use Fabrik to create a Profile Form.
