Cannot see extension

Hello,

I tried to install an extension - NICE Content Access - Lite. The system tells me that this has been successfully installed yet, I cannot see it in the Components list. Why would this be, and how may I sort this out please?

It's not a component, it's a plugin...

See their website for instructions on its use.
Don't HACK the Joomla! core, Instead "Extend" and/or "Override."
Stay ON the update path.
