Picking the right extention

Hi,

I am looking for a extension that enables logged in users to create new pages.

It is for a website/portal, where users can set rooms for rent.

On the pages created by the user, the user needs to fill in required fields about price, room size ect. The user is also required to upload images and write a description about the room. When the information is ready, the extension should create af page, with all information.

Then visitors should be able to search for certain criterias like room size, price ect., and the get a list of results, that meets their criterias.

I hope you guys can help me find the right extension I need...

You'll probably have to make your own using Fabrik (or one of its competitors) Probably not really that much work.

I have recently used Fabrik for a very similar requirement on a member news page.
