Automated emails with AcyMailing5 not working

i have Joomla! 3.10.12 Stable with component AcyMailing 5


I have the problem that the emails are sent manually
but those scheduled every 15 minutes don't start

The text in the attached images is too small to read and in Italian.

To use scheduled email sending, you'll need to configure how the sending is triggered.
You can do that on the server via a cron jobs that opens a specific file,
or trigger it via a service from Acymailing (but I think that it's a commercial service or that you need a specific Acymailing subscription).
