How do I create a poll in Joomla 3.0?

Is the poll component still in core Joomla?

There is no poll component in core Joomla! 3.0.

You may have to look for suitable extensions in JED. However, a quick review of the category Polls in JED did not reveal any Joomla! 3.0 compatible extensions except for Vk Poll (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... olls/17807).
