Is there a reason why eXtplorer just goes around and around in a 3.0.2 site when it works fine in a 2.5.8 site? Any help would be appreciated or if it should be posted elsewhere, please advise.

Try upgrading to eXtplorer v2.1.3 which works fine for me in Joomla 3.0.2.

v2.1.3 is a security release so it's pretty important to upgrade ASAP anyway.

Thank you. I did install the updated version but it still doesn't work. It just goes round and round like it's trying to open yet it never does. I hit "back to Joomla" and it goes back okay.

Do you have Akeeba Admin Tools installed with security settings enabled? If so, it may need some more configuration:
