Is there a cPanel to Joomla! bridge?

I am setting up a reseller hosting website and would like it so when the client logs into Joomla!, they log into their cPanel as well using the same username. Or when the user creates an account on the cPanel, it syncs with Joomla!. Is there an extension like this?

bad news - if the website gets hacked, the riskof hacking the cpanel goes up as the hacker has cpanel rights and if there is no jailshell......
