Automatic emails/Single Sign-on

Hi, I'm trying to get one of two options working on my new joomla website. I would like to be able to have a customer submit their email address, name and phone number via a form and have the system them send them a personalised email automatically with a link to an application form. I would also like a notification sent to my email when this is done.

I was also wandering if there is a way to have an access restricted page setup that a visitor needs to enter a single use login code to access. Ideally I would like to be able to logon and generate this access code my self and then give it to the person so they can access the information on that page.
