Product quote emails going to wrong mailbox

Good morning, I have a website where there are several products and the customer can request a "Quote" but this request email is coming to someone else, how can I change the destination of the email?

Which extension sends these quote requests? According to the HTML source of the website, the website uses a component called com_products. Is that a component sourced from a third party or has it been developed in-house?

Without knowing what extension is sending the email we can't help - can you go back to the developers of the site and ask them?

You need to site.com/administrator then Components. Find the component and check the settings
