Installing Extensions Joomla! 3.10.12

Hello, I'm logged in as an administrator, but I don't see the "manage" field in the extensions section, so I can't install the add-ons bought and downloaded from VirtueMart. Can you please advise where the problem might be?

No, the account we have is only "administrator". Can only Super User install? He wrote to us that we have full authorization to do it. I don't think so, but I'm trying to verify it here.

Get the Super User to install and manage third party extensions. That is what Super Users are for.
