Installing Joomla 3.4 IIS/MS SQL-Server 2008 R2 Date-Problem

Post by sebix78 » Tue Oct 13, 2015 7:19 am

Hello!

I´m trying to install Joomla on an IIS with MS-SQL-Server 2008 R2 as Database-Server.

During the installation-process I get the following Error:

"[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server][SQL Server]The conversion of a varchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.SQL=SET IDENTITY_INSERT grzs1_users ON; INSERT INTO grzs1_users ([id],[name],[username],[email],[password],[block],[sendEmail],[registerDate],[lastvisitDate],[activation],[params])VALUES ('213', 'Super User', 'mario', '[email protected]', '$2y14bFrrrN4U0TlFRlzKws.EuQy1.6HVbUtF.', '0', '1', '2015-10-13 07:11:59', '1900-01-01 00:00:00', '0', '')SET IDENTITY_INSERT grzs1_users OFF;"

I´m working on a server in germany, so maybe there is a conversion-problem?

Anybody got an Idea how to fix this?

Kind Regards,
Sebix

I found the solution:

The Standard-Language on the server is defined as german. So my DB-User-Language was also german. I created another user with language english-us an it all worked properly.
