Administrator menu disappeared

In case I use Isis or Hathor my menu items for administrator do not show. Perhaps this could have been caused by an ACL parameter? I cannot do a thing on my site. Hope some one know how to correct by changing super user access? I have phpadmin to correct but cannot use any menu items on Admin.

Ideas are most welcome!

login backend/ module manager/ view type as administrator view/ check some modules for position: cpanel, toolbar,....... they are enable or not?
