I have trouble with user permissions, I created different user groups and added some articles to some groups only. Registered users do not have access to restricted pages, that is working ok. But other groups have access to pages they shouldn't, I don't understand where is the problem, can you help?

You cannot set access directly to a group. An access level have to be created.

What groups are included in the access level?

Be aware also that child groups inherit from their parents.

Yes access level had been created

I modified and now it is working, but I'm still confused, we need to have 3 different group users and I don't know how to do that. Some need to have access to "nutrition" article page, some to "workout" article page and some to both, but an article cannot be assigned to 2 different group users, is there another way to do it?

Create two access levels "nutrition" and "workout".

Create three groups "nutrition", "workout" and "both".

Make "nutrition" and "both" group included in the "nutrition" access-level. Let users that requires both, be member of the "both" group.

You can also eliminate the "both" group and let users be member of both "nutrition" and "workout" group.
