I dont have permission to access to administration menu

Hi,
I want to configure Administrator group to only access to edit articles, menu and two componente.
Okey, i went to permissions configuration and i set up all denied except this components and in the main permission tab i setup all allowed except Super User and Access Administration Interface, because it says that they allows access to all.

Good, now if a went to try to access with a new user set as administrator it says i cant access to the administrator because i dont have permission, and if i allow administration interface, appears all the components, plugins etc....

I tryed to create other group by i have the same error.

What can i do?
