frontpage blog layout

Goodness... coming from J1.5, how can I have a frontpage blog layout in Joomla3? (without marking articles as "featured"). Just the 10 most recent articles in a blog layout.

almost similar with J! 1.5, you can go to menu manager, create a menu, choose article, then choose Category Blog.

and then you can customize di layout in "Blog Layout" Tab.

I could do that, but I'd have to choose a single category from there, can I select more than one category?

I'll just put all my other categories in one category. Is this the way to go?
