Joomla new update does not access component languages

Joomla new update does not access component languages

I had installed Joomla 3.3.x (I think 3.3.5) and I updated the Joomla version, now when I go to the menus from the admin side, it shows the JText variables instead of the values from the language files.

- you can check that variables from some language file..... exist or not?
- if not solve, you can use override language from language manager
