Cannot upload picture files from iphone

Cannot upload picture files from iphone

A customer is telling me that his iphone cannot upload pictures to his joomla website, while there are no issues when uploading files from other devices

Could this be fixed in any way ?

Could it be a restriction on his iphone or iphone account ?

Thanks for your kind help. We will make more tests and see what happens, then we will eventually reply here with news
