Forgot password erases account activation

Forgot password erases account activation

I would call this an omission rather than a bug. Checked with Joomla! 3.9.4.
When a registered user has forgotten the password and clicks the "forgot your password" link, an email containing a new activation link is sent, and the 'activation switch' of the user account is also immediately disabled. If the user remembers the password one second later, he/she is still allowed to log in with the forgotten password, BUT the 'activation switch' remains in its disabled state. We have now a user acount that has not been activated (by the looks of it) but is allowing to log-ins. Not logical!
