Joomla! RC 3.9.22 Information

Hi!
Im about to create 3.9.22RC bugfix page which URL I will provide here (with kind allowance of admins).
Ive got 3 options in this kind of situation:
1. MySQL 5.7
2. MariaDB 10.3
3. MySQL 8

I should go mariadb I think but just to make sure, Im asking what should be best for these tests.
If no major bug will be find in the next 6 hours, I will apply (to bigger the testing) RC patch on my livesite (I will make backup).

PHP 7.4.4 should be ok? I have .4 I know there is .11 but you know my hostprovider.. Soon I will have my own server.
Or should I create a copy with different PHP - 5.3 5.6 7.2 7.3 7.4

Some special instructions to test ?
Or some additional information? Would be great if you provide something.

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
komento comment doesnt work, trying backup
did backup, wasnt the case of 22rc
