No me permite crear ni editar redirecciones. Ninguno de los botones para guardar funciona.

El gestor de redirecciones no me permite crear nuevos ni editar antiguos ítems. Ninguno de los botones "Aplicar", "Guardar & Cerrar", "Guardar y Nuevo" ni "Cerrar" funciona:
