pomocy walcze ponad dwie godz.

Jak polaczyc te dwa elementy co widac na zdjeciu, jak ten jeden podciagnac albo srodkowy rozciagnąć, bo rozciagając dolny element jest on wtedy nie wyrazny, srodkowy ma dlugosc 5000px wiec mozna go rozciagnac, dolny wysokosci 10 px a trzeba 16px
