Using forum post assisstant again

Just installed joomla 5.03 and gor successfully to the end.
Now I cant log in. I am using forum post assistant to debug. I need to use it a second time but I am yold I must download a new copy. If i do i get the same message. How do I use fpa a second time?

Change the date/time on the file.
