Self-referencing hreflang missing from one language

hi, i have problem with one language of my site..
I use joomla 4 last version and 2 language, english version work fine and italian version have problem with
No self-referencing hreflang, sem rush mi segnala questo errore su tutte le pagine italiane, ma tutte queste pagine hanno associazione con la pagina inglese e il proprio link canonico.
Can you help me to solve this problem?
