No GUI after upgrade 4.4.3 to 4.4.4

After upgrade, everything works fine for a while but after some time, backend has no GUI anymore. Frontend keeps working fine.

I tried all this (empty $live_site; remove everything about GZIP in .htaccess; set GZIP compression to NO) but nothing helps.
I will go back to 4.4.3.
